By accesssing or using RentMyTime, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

RentMyTime operates on an auction-based bidding system. Bids are binding agreements. When you win an auction, you are committed to the transaction. Experts are obligated to fulfill the call time as specified in their availability.

Payments are processed via Stripe. RentMyTime takes a service commission on successful call fulfillments. Payouts to experts are processed following the completion of the scheduled call and any applicable holding periods.

Users must maintain professional conduct during calls. Any form of harassment, spamming, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate account suspension without refund of pending bids or earnings.
