How does the bidding work?
Users place bids on an expert's available time slots. The highest bidder at the time the auction closes wins the slot and receives the meeting link.
What happens if I lose an auction?
If you are outbid, your funds remain in your wallet/account and are not charged. We only process payments for the winning bid.
How do I set my availability as an expert?
Experts can manage their schedule directly from the 'Availability' tab in their dashboard, setting specific blocks of time for auction.
Are the calls recorded?
By default, calls are not recorded unless specified by the expert in their profile preferences. Always check the expert's individual listing.
